Organized in 1971 as a partnership, the Firm functioned with two to four employees until 1976, when the Firm was incorporated. Currently, the Firm maintains a staff of 20 to 26 Engineers, Surveyors, Planners, and Technicians, on a full time basis. From time to time, part-time employees are temporarily added to supplement the workload of the Firm.
